LBP AM bolsters its commitment to gender pay equity

Corporate 3.1.23
égalité salariale 2022

Published each year, the equal pay index for man and women is a list of 5 indicators: 4 for companies with fewer than 250 employees, weighted on 100 points, which is used to measure their positioning in terms of gender equality. La Banque Postale Asset Management (LBP AM) uses this index as a reference in its salary campaign and recruitment.

As a company with fewer than 200 employees (the subsidiary Tocqueville Finance is not included in the index), LBP AM's gender equality index is based on 4 indicators relating to the:

  • pay gap: final result +5.6% or 34 points obtained
  • the gap in the individual salary escalation rates: final result -1.8%, i.e. 35 points obtained
  • % of employees who received a rise in the year once they returned from maternity leave: final result 100%, i.e. 15 points obtained
  • the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 employees with the highest salaries: final result 2, i.e. 5 points obtained

The result of the 2023 gender equality index for 2022 is therefore 89 points out of 100, which is up compared with 2021 (88 points)

LBP AM will continue to consolidate its actions in favour of pay equity for men and women, with rigorous management of its employees and their remuneration.
