To support its growth ambitions in France and internationally, LBP AM European Private Markets (EPM), a platform dedicated to private assets, is strengthening its expertise and continuing its expansion with the arrival of Phuong Anh Nguyen as Investment Manager in the Infrastructure Debt team, and Adrien de La Grange as Investor Relations manager.
With nearly 15 years’ experience in European private markets, EPM currently boasts a team of 50 professionals.
Phuong Anh Nguyen joins EPM’s Infrastructure Debt unit, led by Bérénice Arbona. Her experience in complex structuring and financing will help support the origination and execution capabilities of the unit, which has invested €3.7 billion and financed more than 80 projects since 2012.
An infrastructure debt investment manager at BNP Paribas Asset Management since 2022, Phuong Anh Nguyen took part in structuring major financing transactions in the energy, transport, telecommunications and public services sectors. She previously worked at TotalEnergies Renewables and PwC, among others. Phuong Anh Nguyen is a graduate of EDHEC Business School.

Adrien de La Grange’s appointment is part of EPM’s strategy to increase its presence among institutional investors in France and Europe. Drawing on his solid European network,Adrien de La Grange will contribute to the group’s growth ambitions in these strategic markets. He reports to Mathilde Sauvé, Head of Development & Products at LBP AM.
A seasoned professional and specialist in private debt, infrastructure, real estate and private equity, Adrien de La Grange brings 18 years’ international experience in asset management and strategic account management. He has spent most of his career at BlackRock (2007-2023), where he notably managed the development of institutional and insurance clients in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Since 2024, he had been heading sales for France, Belgium and Luxembourg at Clearwater Analytics. Adrien de La Grange holds Master’s degrees in Management (specialising in Finance) from SKEMA Business School and Finance from the University of Strathclyde.
