LBP AM reveals the winners of its 2024 Trophées de l'Innovation

The third edition of the Trophées de l'Innovation, organized by LBP AM, celebrated innovative young companies committed to sustainable solutions. 

In the 2024 edition, Patrowl was named Fintech of the Year, IADYS received the title of Greentech of the Year, and EcoTree was awarded with the Jury's Special Prize (Coup de cœur du Jury). Synapse Medicine was recognized as the Healthtech of the Year, a new category introduced this year. LBP AM and its partners aimed to expand the awards to include health technologies, as biotech, medtech, and digital health data specialists play a crucial role in improving healthcare access and patient management. 

Pierre Ernst, a member of LBP AM’s executive board and president of the jury, stated: “We are very proud to honor these four emerging unicorns for their disruptive nature and the added value of their services. Alongside its partners, LBP AM is more committed than ever to promoting the creativity of French talent and supporting them sustainably. The goal is to help these startups scale their innovations.” 

This year, from a pool of around 1,000 eligible startups, nearly 100 applications were shortlisted by Investance Partners, LBP AM’s historical partner for organizing these awards. The jury convened in October to interview 15 finalists. Each of the four winners receives €25,000 in funding, consulting support, media visibility—including TV appearances on B Smart—and coaching. They also benefit from a mentorship program provided by jury members, training on the Climate Fresk, and an ESG rating conducted by LBP AM using its proprietary “GREaT” methodology. 

Spotlight on the 2024 winners: 

Fintech of the Year: Patrowl 

Developed by cybersecurity experts, Patrowl automates the detection and remediation of vulnerabilities, making it faster and more effective than cybercriminal organizations. 

Greentech of the Year: IADYS 

IADYS designs and develops robotic solutions for water preservation, such as Jellyfishbot, a small robot capable of collecting waste, plastics, and hydrocarbons from the water’s surface. 

Healthtech of the Year: Synapse Medicine 

Synapse Medicine assists healthcare professionals and their patients in optimizing medication regimens throughout the care journey. Their Medication Intelligence platform, used by thousands of healthcare professionals, is dedicated to the proper use of medications. 

Jury's Special Prize (Coup de cœur du Jury): EcoTree 

A certified B-Corp, EcoTree offers solutions for businesses and individuals to finance and support the sustainable management of forests and the restoration of ecosystems in Europe.
