LBP AM wins “Best innovative ESG 2024 initiative” award at the AM Tech Day Awards

A third award for LBP AM in ESG technological innovation! After winning the “Prix de l'innovation digitale - Funds Option Finance” in 2023, a “Coupole de l'Audace - Agefi” last May, the Data Hub ISR has been named “Best ESG innovative initiative 2024” at the AM Tech Day Awards - Agefi.  

Each year, the AM Tech Day Awards recognize the asset management industry's most innovative technological solutions. Among the qualitative criteria evaluated by the jury in awarding these prizes are the disruptive dimension of the technology and the added value of the product, service or project.

“This award is a further mark of recognition, and we are proud to see our innovation projects crowned with success. We are currently deepening our research & development work on generative AI, to further enhance the capabilities of our ESG scoring platform,” says Patrick Pansier, Head of Data Digital Innovation.

Once again, LBP AM's SRI Data Hub won over the jury thanks to its technological assets:

• Multi-source ESG rating of issuers, securities or portfolios, based on the GREAT scoring engine, which integrates thousands of instruments;
• Non-financial comparison of a multitude of portfolios on an auditable basis auditable basis;
• The semantic graph (covering 50k financial expressions), useful for detecting potential ESG controversies;
• The SRI “as a service” approach, to offer professional investors the possibility of scoring a large number of investment vehicles, carrying out peer-group analyses and benchmarking themselves;  
• The use of high-performance data applications and AI: Marklogic (for data storage), Algo NLP-IA (for automated mapping), Python and #C (for the scoring engine).

LBP AM was also shortlisted for the “Most promising experiment using generative AI” award, a very encouraging nomination for the future.
