  • First-rate origination capabilities, with multi-channel sourcing that benefits both from the networks of the various members of the private debt team (private equity, family offices, banks, advisors, etc.) and from the valuable support of the Group's local networks.

→ Proven expertise in structuring complex financing solutions

  • Our investment teams are skilled in structuring and origination and have built an extensive network of pan-European contacts including sponsors, issuers, financial advisors and banks.
  • 31 years' experience on average.
  • The support of a team of three portfolio managers and five specialists (Middle Office, Reporting, etc.) to monitor risk management, investments and compliance with commitments.

→ Financing a sustainable future: at the heart of our investment strategy since 2016

  • Leader in the [integration of sustainability criteria] in private debt markets.
  • Inclusion of non-financial criteria in our European private debt investments since 2016, thanks to our long-standing, proven expertise in sustainable finance for listed markets.
  • Among the very first European private debt funds to be categorised as Article 9 and/or impact funds.
  • The rating power of our proprietary GREaT* tool, which supports our sustainable approach, from sourcing to exit, at every stage of the investment and management process to align portfolios with long-term environmental and social objectives.
