The Executive Board
The Executive Board defines LBP AM's strategy and operational guidelines. It informs the Supervisory Board of LBP AM's operating results and of development and strategic projects. The Executive Board is chaired by Emmanuelle Mourey.

The Supervisory Board
The role of the Supervisory Board is to ensure the smooth running of LBP AM and to report to the shareholders LBP AM and AEGON Asset Management. It is made up of members from La Banque Postale and AEGON Asset Management, independent members and LBP AM employees.
