The Executive Board
The Executive Board defines LBP AM's strategy and operational guidelines. It informs the Supervisory Board of LBP AM's operating results and of development and strategic projects. The Executive Board is chaired by Emmanuelle Mourey.

The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is LBP AM's steering body. It is made up of the members of the Executive Board and the business line managers.

The Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board exercises permanent control over the management of the company by the Management Board. It examines and validates the decisions and strategic orientations of LBP AM.
It is composed of members appointed on the proposal of La Banque Postale and Aegon Asset Management, as well of independent members, elected by employees and censors.
It is chaired by Stéphane Dedeyan, Chairman of La Banque Postale Management Board, and its Vice-Chairman is Damiaan Jacobovits de Szeged, Chief Financial and Transformation Officer of Aegon Asset Management.
