The Executive Board
The Executive Board defines LBP AM's strategy and operational guidelines. It reports to the Supervisory Board on LBP AM's performance and strategic development projects. The Executive Board is chaired by Emmanuelle Mourey.
The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is LBP AM's steering body. It is made up of members of the Executive Board, the Chief Investment Officer and the following business line heads:
The Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board exercises permanent control over the management of the company by the Executive Board. It reviews and validates of LBP AM’s decisions and strategic developments.
It comprises members appointed on the proposal of La Banque Postale and Aegon Asset Management, independent members, employee-elected members and advisory members (who do not participate in decision-making).
The Supervisory Board is chaired by Stéphane Dedeyan, Chair of La Banque Postale’s Executive Board, and its Vice-Chair is Damiaan Jacobovits de Szeged, Chief Financial and Transformation Officer of Aegon Asset Management.
