The LBP AM Group Foundation is a continuation of the solidarity initiatives undertaken by LFDE since 2005. Sheltered by the Fondation de France, it works in the fields of education, socio-professional integration and health, particularly mental health.

Unite the company’s employees around an ideal of solidarity and give people in vulnerable situations a chance to get their lives back on track: the main purpose of the Foundation, sheltered by the Fondation de France, expresses our desire to share.
The donations have been accompanied by an equal opportunities program, Les Maisons des Jeunes Talents. It helps scholarship students gain access to the most prestigious higher education institutions: what could be more exciting than helping talented and deserving young people realise the dream of attending one of these schools?

In 2026, the LBP AM Group Foundation celebrates 20 years of commitment, encounters, and impactful projects!
A pioneer in corporate philanthropy within a French asset management company when it was created by La Financière de l’Échiquier, it has continued to evolve in order to amplify its mission.
Relive the key milestones of this journey and discover the faces of those — experts, board members, project leaders, and partners — who have shaped the Foundation.

The Groupe LBP AM Foundation is governed by a Strategic Committee that defines the major orientations. Chaired by Emmanuelle Mourey, Chairwoman of the Management Board of LBP AM and the Foundation, it is composed of representatives from the Group’s subsidiaries and external personalities, experts in the Foundation’s fields of action.
This committee delegates decision-making power for financial support allocation to engagement committees. These committees, composed of LBP AM Group employees and external experts, meet several times a year. They review projects pre-selected by the Foundation team and decide on the requested grants.
The Foundation team maintains ongoing relationships with associations to identify and select the most interesting and relevant projects within its areas of intervention. It also listens to the needs of associations to propose engagement missions tailored to the expectations of the Group’s employees.
Finally, LBP AM enables its employees to get involved in projects supported by the Foundation. Finally, LBP AM enables its employees to get involved in projects supported by the Foundation. Mentoring, job-search coaching, sorting clothes or toys, presenting one's profession... there are many ways to get involved.
