With a score of 93/100, the 2024 professional equality index of LBP AM reflects the company's ongoing efforts in salary equity and promotion between men and women. Compared to 2022, this score has jumped by 4 points.
For several years, LBP AM has placed equity at the heart of its HR policies: equality in treatment, opportunities, and promotions.
Published annually, the professional equality index consists of 4 evaluation indicators for companies with fewer than 250 employees: pay gap, difference in salary increase rates, percentage of salary increases upon return from maternity leave, and the number of women among the top 10 highest-paid employees. Their aggregation results in a score out of 100 points, measuring professional equality between women and men. In recent years, LBP AM has notably implemented dedicated funds to address pay gaps and rigorously monitored the proportionality of men and women receiving raises during salary campaigns.
