With a score of 93/100, the 2024 professional equality index of LBP AM reflects the company's ongoing efforts in salary equity and promotion between men and women. Compared to 2022, this score has jumped by 4 points.

For several years, LBP AM has placed equity at the heart of its HR policies: equality in treatment, opportunities, and promotions.

A Score Reflecting Concrete Actions

Published annually, the professional equality index consists of 4 evaluation indicators for companies with fewer than 250 employees: pay gap, difference in salary increase rates, percentage of salary increases upon return from maternity leave, and the number of women among the top 10 highest-paid employees. Their aggregation results in a score out of 100 points, measuring professional equality between women and men. In recent years, LBP AM has notably implemented dedicated funds to address pay gaps and rigorously monitored the proportionality of men and women receiving raises during salary campaigns. These efforts are reflected in the various indicators of the index:

  1. Indicator related to the pay gap: 33/40
  2. Indicator related to the gap in individual raise rates: 35/35
  3. Indicator related to the percentage of female employees receiving a raise within the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15
  4. Indicator related to the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the top 10 highest-paid employees: 10/10

In the future, LBP AM will continue to work towards real and sustainable professional equality by consolidating its actions in favor of pay parity.
