LBP AM, partner of La Cravate Solidaire: a successful 2023 campaign!

As part of its CSR policy and solidarity commitments, LBP AM has organized a clothing drive to benefit the La Cravate Solidaire association.

Thanks to the involvement of our employees, the pieces collected - skirts, suits, shirts, shoes... - will be given back to candidates on the road to professional integration. A real helping hand in terms of clothing, enabling beneficiaries to gain self-confidence and feel good in their outfits and postures, for their future interviews with recruiters.

60 kilos of clothing collected at LBP AM

After five weeks of intense collection, the operation was a success: 60 kilos of clothing were collected. "This is double what is usually collected during each corporate campaign," emphasized Pierre Oliveira, spokesman for La Cravate Solidaire, at the closing ceremony held on December 4 at the headquarters of LBP AM and Tocqueville Finance. 

"We are delighted to support La Cravate Solidaire, which has been committed to equal opportunity for over 10 years. The success of this operation and the great mobilization of our employees are promising for an equally successful next campaign!" says Carolina Viguet, Communications & CSR Director at LBP AM.  

Among its very concrete actions, La Cravate Solidaire offers support workshops for job applicants, including outfit donations, clothing advice and simulated recruitment interviews. The association supported over 9,000 beneficiaries in 2022. 

Finally, in keeping with tradition, Emmanuelle Mourey, Chairman of LBP AM's Management Board, presented Pierre with a scarf as a symbol of LBP AM's partnership with La Cravate Solidaire. "A piece that has accompanied me and brought me luck in my career. I hope it will be synonymous with success for its future beneficiary," concluded Emmanuelle Mourey.
