LBP AM publishes its 2023 CSR Report

2023 was the year in which LBP AM structured its CSR roadmap, with concrete objectives and actions consolidated in this CSR Report. Our commitment? To be a responsible Group, attentive to our stakeholders and to our social, societal and environmental impact.
In 2023, we will formalise our CSR policy around four key ambitions: to act as a responsible employer; to reduce our environmental footprint; to contribute to the development of our territories; and to do all this through responsible governance.
Strong commitments in line with our SRI policy
“Based on a robust responsible investment policy that forms the very foundation of our Group's business, we are now working to roll out a CSR programme that also draws its inspiration from the pillars of our GREaT non-financial analysis methodology ", says Carolina Viguet, CSR Director of the LBP AM Group.
"As a leader in socially responsible investment, it is important for us to be consistent in applying the same principles, values and requirements within our Group as we do externally," says Emmanuelle Mourey, Chairman of LBP AM's Management Board.
After this structuring phase in 2023, our CSR roadmap will be consolidated in 2024 before being rolled out on an even larger scale in 2025. It will then involve the entire LBP AM Group, with La Financière de l'Échiquier and the LBP AM Group Foundation, created in January 2024.
